CoreAxis Software Development & Solutions ("CoreAxis", "we", "us") operates the CoreAxis ePOS web application and mobile app (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account & business information: name, email, phone number, business name, address, and GSTIN you provide when registering.
Business data you enter: products, customers, suppliers, sales, purchases, expenses, and accounting records you create while using the Service — this data belongs to you and is used only to operate the Service for you.
Employee attendance photos: if you enable selfie-based staff check-in/check-out, we store the photo taken at each check-in/check-out along with the timestamp, for your own internal attendance review. We do not perform facial recognition matching against any external database.
Device & usage information: device identifiers, app version, and crash/diagnostic logs, used to keep the app working reliably.
Camera access: used only for barcode/QR scanning in the POS and inventory screens, and for capturing attendance selfies and KYC document photos where you choose to use those features. We do not access the camera in the background.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: (a) service providers that process it on our behalf (hosting, SMS/WhatsApp delivery, payment processing), strictly to deliver the Service; (b) law enforcement or regulators where legally required.
Your data is stored on secured servers and is only accessible to your business's own logged-in users (owner/staff/accountant), scoped strictly to your business account. We use industry-standard practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all traffic between the app and our servers.
We retain your business data for as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and associated data, or export a complete copy of your data, at any time by contacting us at info@coreaxis.cloud.
You can review, edit, or delete most business data (customers, products, employees, etc.) directly within the app. Attendance selfie photos and KYC documents can be removed by contacting support.
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 18.
We use essential cookies to remember your preferences (theme, cookie consent) and Google Analytics (Google Ads tag AW-18282533868) to understand how visitors use the marketing site. Analytics data is anonymised and used solely to improve our website. If you decline cookies via the consent banner, Google Analytics is disabled for your session. The CoreAxis ePOS application itself does not use tracking cookies — it relies on authentication tokens for session management.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
